Chris Guy - Web Developer

I specialise in building websites for small businesses, charities and not-for-profit organisations. Working mainly with open source technologies (Python, Django and Wagtail CMS) I enjoy the technical challenge of the work, but also have a keen, critical eye for detail when it comes to user experience and design.

My clients benefit from a high level of digital expertise and good understanding of wider commercial considerations. I have been building digital products since the late 1990s. Throughout my career I held a variety of roles and was a co-founder and Digital Director of a successful creative agency. I’ve worked on some exciting and high-profile projects including:

  • working with both Jaguar and Land Rover to support new car launches with high quality interactive media packs
  • helping Rio Tinto reach more stakeholders through the development of an online magazine platform
  • building Facebook apps for Santander’s Formula One sponsorship activation programme

Today, my focus is on working closely with organisations who can utilise my broader expertise alongside technical development skills. My recent clients include Bite Back, openDemocracy and Brunel University. You can find more examples on the work page.

If you are looking for a well-built website with a modern, fast content management system, or are looking for a developer to work on an existing project, please get in touch for a chat.
